This program provides direct training from a staff person to assist clients develop, maintain and improve their community living skills. The goal is to provide youth and adults with disabilities the life skills to live independently in the community.
Our direct care staff carry out a plan to address skill development needs identified in an initial assessment. Through regular reviews, we assess the client's ongoing needs and adjust the plan and objectives as needed.
